Direct care is a progressive model of medical care that puts the doctor-patient relationship first.  Benefits include:

No insurances are accepted. All services must be paid in full at the time of the office visit. We accept payment all major credit cards and HSA / FSA cards.

The fees for your visit may be covered by your insurance plan as an out-of-network benefit. You will receive an itemized bill with the necessary codes to file with your insurance company for possible reimbursement or application to your deductible if you have a high deductible plan.
